Welcome to Flipped-Out Food's collection of easy recipes. Here you'll find everything from breakfast to dinner and side-dishes. By and large, these recipes are quick, budget-friendly, and relatively healthy. I try to avoid pre-packaged, highly processed ingredients when possible. So, no gravy mixes or cream-of-nasty soups are involved! Sure, that means a few extra steps, but isn't that worth it to eat healthier food that's just as delicious?!
I do have a few more complicated recipes on this site—easy recipes nonetheless, but not something you can quickly make on a weeknight. These are intended to be enjoyed on the weekends with family, or even for get-togethers and holiday dinners. I break the more complex recipes into easy work-ahead steps (for example, making the sauce the night before).
