Ingredients

  • 3 large tomatoes, diced small
  • 2 medium onions, diced small
  • 3-4 jalapeƱo peppers, seeds & membranes removed (or to taste), diced small
  • 2 tbsp. rice vinegar
  • juice from 1 1/2 limes
  • 3/4 tsp. salt, or to taste
  • 1/2 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/2 cup of cilantro, chopped (optional)
  • 1 tbsp. cilantro stems, finely minced (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix. Serve alongside sturdy tortilla chips.
